Advance Payment To initiate a project, we require a non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total project cost. This payment is due before the commencement of any design or development work. Payment Process
Advance Payment

Remaining Balance
Once the project is completed to your satisfaction, we will send you a final invoice for the remaining balance. The invoice will include any additional agreed-upon costs or modifications made during the project. The final payment is due within 1 one week of receiving the invoice.
Late Payments
Late payments may delay the project’s completion and delivery. If the final payment is not received within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend work on the project until the payment is received.
- Apply a late payment fee, as specified in the contract or invoice.
Withhold the delivery of the completed project or any related files or assets until the payment is made in full.
Refunds
The advance payment made at the beginning of the project is non-refundable. In the event of project cancellation or termination, the advance payment will serve as compensation for the work already completed and the resources allocated.
