Payment Terms

Advance Payment To initiate a project, we require a non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total project cost. This payment is due before the commencement of any design or development work. The remaining balance will be due upon completion and approval of the project, prior to the final delivery of the website or related services.

  • PayPal: If you prefer to use PayPal, we can provide you with our PayPal account details for payment.

Payment Process

Advance Payment

Upon agreement to proceed with the project, we will send you an invoice for the 50% advance payment. The invoice will include the project details, total cost, and payment due date. Once we receive the advance payment, we will confirm the receipt and proceed with the project.

 Remaining Balance

Once the project is completed to your satisfaction, we will send you a final invoice for the remaining balance. The invoice will include any additional agreed-upon costs or modifications made during the project. The final payment is due within 1 one week of receiving the invoice.

Late Payments

Late payments may delay the project’s completion and delivery. If the final payment is not received within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend work on the project until the payment is received.
  • Apply a late payment fee, as specified in the contract or invoice.

Withhold the delivery of the completed project or any related files or assets until the payment is made in full.


The advance payment made at the beginning of the project is non-refundable. In the event of project cancellation or termination, the advance payment will serve as compensation for the work already completed and the resources allocated.

We take the confidentiality and security of your payment information seriously. We utilize industry-standard security measures and follow best practices to ensure the protection of your financial data during the payment process.
